Those SI World Series Editions are nice.Good score there.

Thanks! I completely forgot that I had it until the day before the game and had to dig for it. I don't really like to display any White Sox stuff being a Twins fan, but all of my relatives are from Chicago and are either White Sox or Cubs fans so I accumulated a decent amount of White Sox World Series stuff when I was younger.

Lot of good articles in those. After the Cardinals won the World Series 3 years ago I went to Wal Mart and bought one along with 5-6 other commerative World Series magazines.

One of my friends is a Twins fan, but lives close to KC.When I lived there all the Royals stuff I didn't want I gave to him.He said he bought a game used jersey for $30 at Fan Fest last year.

Last game of the season today, Twins vs Diamondbacks. Was able to pick up my Brian Dozier STH bobblehead today which is pretty cool. Nice that they could finish out the season with a win. No BP today since it was a day game after a night game, therefore wasn't expecting much. Was able to get Wade Miley, Trevor Cahill, and Josh Collmenter after they warmed up which I am definitely happy with! Most of the regulars in the lineup signed pre-game near the dugout but my seats were further down the outfield line. Here is what I ended up coming away with.

I was unlucky enough to have to work today, but I have a pretty awesome girlfriend who was willing to go to a local Glen Perkins signing today. Was thinking I would have to wait until TwinsFest to get some All-Star stuff done but since this came up I'm happy to get a couple items done. I had more for him, but I never like being that guy going through lines 5-6 times. Only got 2 items done and wish the gold would be a little easier to see on the jersey, but for a free signing I will not complain!

The signing took place at a Gander Mountain grand opening. It was a Gold Metallic Fine Tip. I know I probably should have just used a paint pen, but I didn't have one and getting it signed was kind of short notice. It was a free signing and I got the jersey very cheap so I'm not too worried about it.

I met Len Dawson at some home improvement store 2 years ago.Don't get many in person autographs, so I just brought a mini helmet and football and Sharpie. When he signed it he told me I should have brought a paint pen, but I didn't know what they were or where to find them.Does Wal Mart carry paint pens?

Just realized that I haven't updated this thread in awhile. I will try and post my TwinsFest pickups here sometime this week, but these are the TTM returns that I have missed along the way.

Pat Neshek 4/4

Received 12/12/14

Not pictured is a 2014 ASG OMLB and a birthday card for my girlfriend. This was the coolest TTM return that I have had. My girlfriend has always been a fan of Pat's since he grew up a town over from where we did and since he is an automatic TTM guy I had him sign a birthday card for her. She was definitely surprised with it!

Billy Butler 1/1

Attended the Twins Home Opener yesterday against the Royals. Game didn't turn out as hoped (the Royals look GOOD), but luckily I didn't come away empty handed. The Twins gave away sweatshirts to all fans which basically paid for the price of the ticket and they actually are pretty decent quality for them giving away 40,000+ of them. Only guys from the Royals that signed were Omar Infante, Kris Medlen, and Rusty Kuntz. Only had cards for Infante, but getting 1 player is better than getting none and I'm just happy that baseball is back!

So my girlfriend ran into some free tickets to the game on Sunday against the Indians and they were awesome seats! There was rain in the forecast for almost the entire day, but it didn't end up raining 1 drop during the game which was awesome. It stayed pretty cloudy and was really some nice weather for a ballgame. Because of the potential for rain we weren't sure if we would try for autos, but as time was getting closer we decided to go for it and I am glad that I did! Came away getting Corey Kluber, Trevor Bauer, Anthony Swarzak, and Zach McAllister. I haven't always heard the nicest things about Bauer IP, but he was absolutely awesome. There were about 5 of us down by the dugout, and he signed for all of us. There was a younger boy there (14-16 years old) that asked him a question about how he threw his curveball. Bauer spent the next 5-10 minutes talking with all of us, giving pointers, and taking pictures with everybody. Definitely changed a perception about him for me and was one of the coolest interactions I've had with a player before a game.

Bauer is a great guy. I have always liked him. I have met him a few times and he is always been really great. He loves to talk about pitching and pitching dynamics. He is very very smart
