A buyer recently sent an e-check via Paypal to pay for an item. Obviously, I won't ship until payment clears. However, It has been about five days and I just got an email from Paypal saying that the payment is delayed-- the buyer's bank account declined the payment. According to the email, Paypal will try again in 3 days, and then it will take another 3-5 days for the payment to clear. My guess is that it will never clear.
Am I stuck on waiting for them to decide that it's not going to go through or is there a way I can cancel the transaction and relist?
