Is the Red, White & Blue version of 2003 a complete parallel? What is the print run? I don't have that version on my checklist and can't find any info on it. Thanks!

Yeah, it is a true parallel. I looked at the checklist on beckett and there doesn't seem to be any method to how they chose what card had this version? The card numbers with this version go throughout the whole set too.
