Out of the big 3, what sport do you think is the most corrupt?

Personally, I think Basketball is a sliver above Professional Wrestling. No real basis or proof of this but just a feel I get from watching. I sometimes wonder if the fix is not on from the begining of the season creating as they go...

Anyway, what says you?

Basketball would be easiest to rig. Foul calls and no calls can easily alter the game. Get a big guy in foul trouble early and your whole strategy has to change.

For lack of any better proof, Tim Donaghy is pretty solid proof that the game of basketball can-be and has-been fixed. Also, ask any Milwaukee Bucks fan how they feel about the 2001 Playoffs against Philly.

I somewhat agree with this although I would put College Football right there!

Not big 3 but boxing by far. & out of the big 3 basketball for sure. I think it was a player from Arizona state who was shaving points to make sure his team never covered the spreads. He never lost a game for his team just made sure they didn't cover

gotta be football. sometimes it feels like its more then coincedence, but its just football. basketball is the least fixed sport imo. its all recruiting. basketball players go from high school to nba nect year. not really challenging.

Jai Alai...

There used to be a jai alai fronton here in Rhode Island, one my me and my friend's favorite place to go to waste money. The players never even attempted to hide the fact that games were being thrown; you'd see them run towards the ball, and just pull up and let it go past them. One night we cleaned up, ended up $80, after we figured out who was going win after catching the patterns in the previous few games. I really wish they hadn't closed the jai alai and turned into a regular semi-casino.

Football has got to be the easiest by far sure basketball can and has been fixed with fouls and no calls but let's face it there's still a chance no matter what that some guy hits a 3 or something so it's hard to fix conspicuously. However football...there's holding on most plays refs can easily throw a holding flag and no one would question it. What about pass interference how many times have we seen BS pass interference calls. What about the recent rule chances with unnecessary roughness. Etc etc etc. Basketball is second but it's hard to call let's say more than 5 BS fouls because that can become too suspicious. But in terms of sports that actually are fixed the most rather than easiest to fix I'd say NCAA football and NCAA basketball tie
