i have a friend that i made on another board. having spent a good amount of time hanging out with him at the show the
last two years, we've become more acquainted with what we each collect, and like to give each other a shout when
something appears on the market that we think the other may be interested in.

He and i share similar tastes when it comes to pre-war HOFers. Low graded cards with great centering and eye appeal.
Last week he pointed out a card that i may be interested in.

it arrived today, and i cannot stop staring at it!!! :D

Paper loss on the back is what makes it a 1. Otherwise i think it could be a 3 or 4 as there are no creases

Maine of course......
That's a great looking card!! Congrats!!

I immediately noticed how rosy red his lips look in this- perhaps that card should be T206 Sweet Caporal, Christy Mathewson, Rosy Red Lips ::facepalm::::facepalm::
