I was told that the listing fees for ebay are gonna be free if you start the listing price at 99cents or less starting april first with the bay taking 9% of the final ending price. has anybody else know of this?

It is the first 100 starting at $.99 are free. After that it is $.10 I believe. Every 30 days you get the 100 free
