Question on fading Sweet Spot Autos

I remember that posters had talked about being able to replace SweetSpot Autos to UD for replacement....is this correct? Look at this King Felix that I forgot I had now...

I would like to send it back but one: UD is basically folding, and two: I don't know how to send something back since I don't have a wrapper/UPC etc... any advice?
