I think his only competition is Austin Jackson and he hasn't blown us away so I do believe Feliz will get it. Andrew Bailey won it last year in a nice crowded AL race, so I really don't see why Feliz won't take the nod here.
2 months ago though I would've said Boesch is going to take it. But he just went into a horrible, horrible slump.
EDIT: the only other contender I see is Danny Valencia. He has a great average for a rookie and enough at-bats, but I do believe Feliz will out-reign him.
