Whether or not he wins the job, at least he'll get his cup of coffee. I'd say he's earned it.

Great news.

It'll be interesting to see how it turns out. Apparently, the Yankees are ready to give Jesus the bulk of the catching duties and throw him right in the fire to handle a big salary rotation.

Meanwhile, the Giants gave Posey a taste in Sept 09, kept him in the minors 'til nearly June, had him as 1B and part-time catcher then traded their old veteran and let Buster catch full-time. Then some stuff happened and they doused each other in champagne.

Is Posada done or has he totally lost it and now will be a part time catcher. Not sure the work ethic is there with Jesus. Austin has the work ethic.

Hmmm....we'll see what happens come the spring.

I like the way Francisco Cervelli catches. I only wish his bat was a little bigger.

I really like this move. Even though Jesus' defense has been frowned upon the kid has a bat like no other. I think his offense will surely make up for his defense.
