inscription question... how would you price this?

i have failed to see another one with the "matty ice". i have a number in mind on the value but i would like to have that number validated or discounted. in your opinion what price would you put on this in comparison to the market?

post the specific set this is from;
Press Pass has released numbers on "Inscriptions" and you can find out exactly how many are like it with a little Google work.
