Never thought I'd see this in baseball. Lol oh well I guess it is what it is.

It's only the USA guys, and it's only because the USA baseball commitment is a limited amount of time for the kids. After that they're under no obligation to sign and they can't take money. There's also time line issues from roster finalization to press for the auto cards, etc, etc. It's a pitfall of the way Topps wanted to mass produce USA autos, but you gotta milk the cow when it's in your pasture!
