Is all of Panini customer service down and out?

I have tried to get someone on the line 3 times in the last week with no luck. Anyone here talk to them recently or have a better number?

Their customer service absolutely SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that their CS SUCKS.

They told me that IS in fact prime jersey. My ONLY pack-pulled "prime" or "patch" card.

Needless to say, I haven't bought a thing panini since then.
