Card Saver I's with soft sleeve?

I'm going to submit cards for the first time to PSA. Does anyone use soft sleeves(1st in sleeve then in card saver) with the Cardboard Gold card savers?
I'm thinking probably not but want to know for sure.
Thanks for any input.

i only use penny sleeves for chromes and condition sensitive cards that can scratch and affect the final grade. I dont have the box in front of me for the PSA top loaders but do they say "for grading submissions"? Those are the best to use, I believe they will accept any of the top loaders since they cut the outside of the top loader anyway. Hope this helps
