I'm considering picking one of these up in a trade but I just saw that one sold for $3 on ebay (BV$25)

I was just wondering if this was a normal sale and the card just isn't very popular or if perhaps the buyer got a pretty good deal or if there's something I don't know about it (backdoored/other controversy). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
