"Game issued" is a label when a MLB authenticator does not see the item being worn and taken off and given to them in person. Unless MLB sees that, they will only always label as "game issued". So yes could have been worn but zero "proof". Secondly were the Twins actually playing that deep into October in 2009?

So technically the inscription is true in parts, it could be game used and was authenticated on that date.
