Think about it before you bring a lawsuit against a collector.I have the feeling that bringing a collector to court will result in negative publicity for your company.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not a modern Leaf fan. I’m not a Razor fan, and I’m not a Brian Gray fan. I’ve never purchased any of his stuff.

Having said that, I certainly believe Brian’s explanation. As a collector however, I really want to know who he purchased the altered card from. There’s a greedy scumbag out there (many actually) altering cards to make a few extra dollars and I think those are the people who should be called out here. Brian’s destruction of the card is one thing, but tracing the source of the deception is better.

Can you tell us who you purchased the card from, Brian? I can’t tell from that Worthpoint photo. If your purchase records aren’t that detailed, then I guess they got off scott-free (and are probably still duping folks).

Gilmo needs to find out who started this thread with original title. Has to be someone using a second id? is that legal on FCB for someone to have two id's? Do some ip address research. Find out if it is someone using a second id because they didn't have the balls to do it with real id.
