The mistake you made above is pointing out other's mistakes...something as small as punctuation, a mispelling, or the wrong vocabulary really need not be pointed out unless one's intention for doing so is trolling. (I am just trying to be helpful since you requested that you wanted it to be pointed out so that it was not repeated). ;) :D

My comment on the product is: I'm very excited with many of the auto's & the base set is moderate in strength thus far (it could receive some improvement's & be better, but it also could be ALOT worse)! One minor note, I do not the second coming of Michael Taylor in this product (Topps needs to listen to thier customer's & realize we do NOT like them regurjitating prospect's)! :D

You do realize he's a Nat's prospect, right? Just making sure (can't tell if you're joking or not).

Really, the base set moderate? That seems very generous (I feel like I should time something in parentheses just so we can be on the same wavelength ;)).

Not exactly sure how to respond other than that was "my opinion" just as your blog is "your opinion" & I respect it (but given that neither of us can tell the future, we can disagree with eachother based on nothing more than personal "opinion")... :D

I'll be putting my money into Heyward, Moustakas, and Montero before I touch any of this.

Amen, that goes for me as well. Except trade Moose out for Stanton.

Not exactly. I don't feel being educated is trolling and something as subjective as intention is not a matter in which you can educate. I was making reference to a mistake in grammar not to be a "troll" but because using a word the wrong way can be an impediment in your life.

If you filled out a job application and put "I would help this company because i'm not bias", then they'd probably throw your resume on the scrap heap. If this rant helps one person remember to spell it and use it correctly then it's worth it.

When I was a kid, I thought the term "Chest of Drawers", was "Chester Drawers", and put that in an essay and was docked points. I spelled it the way it sounded, and it cost me. Not that any of that is relevant, but if somebody had taken the time to correct me it wouldn't have been a problem.

Now back to your regularly scheduled product review.

Completely agree; if anything, Houston's response fell into the obnoxious category.

Its like Topps decided that you were not worth bothering with if you were drafted above the 5th round.

Auto checklist is sweet. Base set needs a lot of improvement, but the checklist will change as the release gets closer.

Not sure why everyone is complaining so much. They haven't even signed any Boras clients yet or released the AFLAC auto checklist.

Re: 2009 BOWMAN DRAFT PICKS & PROSPECTS PICS AND PRELIMINARY CL

This exchange made me chuckle, because you do have a point. Granted, even when you are trying to help, things may seem more combative and mean-spirited on a message board......but anyway.....I would always mess things up like then/than, that is until I had a gf who would make me aware of these mistakes in my messages and e-mails. I'm no longer with her, but I kept the grammar tips.

Not to keep things completely off track - I thought I'd say thanks to everyone that posts their assessments and opinions in here. It really helps.

And WOO HOO!

BDPP13 Seth Schwindenhammer OF BOS

Longest name ever  I feel bad for him when he gets an Auto....can't imagine fitting that onto a sticker.....one player I wouldn't blame for reducing his signature to initials.

I might try a box or two of this. I might be the minority but I actually like a few of the autos. I like autos of Sanchez,******* and Minor. I am very excited to see a Minor auto in this product being a braves fan.

Good thing people don't sign their middle names. Check out this one.
