Bowman may not be able to make "Prospect" cards. From what I was reading, if Topps wants to be the only game in town, they won't be allowed to extend past the 25/40 man roster.

if you call minor league cards prospects then yeah he should be happy, but probably a large percentage of people don't prospect minor league cards.

I think that would be the nail in the coffin in terms of getting rookie cards that are worth anything.
