Is this move a salary dump or sending signals to the players about who is running this team?
You had to destroy this clubhouse to rebuild.

I haven't went back to read the whole thread, but I haven't seen anywhere where it says that De La Rosa is coming off T.J. surgery. Again, unless I missed it there should be at least a little chatter about this right???

He is back from TJ surgery, made his season debut earlier this week.
Understood, but the fact is, people are high on him and not speaking about the risk involved with him. There is still a risk right? I am just trying to figure out why there wasn't ANY talk at all about it. That's all man.
There's always a risk with a player coming back from a major surgery.. but for whatever reason many pitchers come back even stronger after TJ than they were before they had it. It's a super power rebuild!!!
It's a little of both I think, more on the salary dump side.
But this was getting back to the days of 25 guys, 25 cabs.
Was about to post the same, haha! They look happy to be leaving.
I would not give a six pack for Ellsbury. Seems he is on the DL more than he plays!Lester and Ellsbury have also been placed on waivers. Could see more moves for Sox in their house cleaning.
Oof.3 run home run for AGon in his first at bat as a Dodger!!
