Well I can't really explain how nice my luck has been with the Twins Playoff Tickets. I ended up winning the lottery for ALCS tickets, just as I did for the ALDS. I already have my tickets for the ALCS so the code is already up on ebay and I have to say that I am one very happy camper :mrgreen: As long as the Twins turn their play around... they've played like crap lately..

Not at all happy to play the Yanks and those battle tested war horses they have. Their line up is just so scary. But no Joe Nathan blowing games this year. I expect close games and will see if Capps can get it done. What is word on the rotation and roster for final spots? I hope pitching got bad outings out of the way last weeks of the season. What weather looking like for games ?

Im happy we get the Yankees, I would rather lose to the Yankees in the first round than beat the Rays and get my hopes up for a second round and then get spanked. However, I think we beat the Yankees in 5, the Yankees monkey will be off the Twins back and they can then build upon that series victory.

Should have known TB busted UD Doc. Seems right up your alley. I know on few breaks I ever saw on it. Pulling gold versionswere around 1 per box and with 8 million cards in the set. Print run can't be to high on those. But with UD you never know.

I had $20 bucks on like the second day of school and I wanted to buy a lot of packs. I didn't read what was on them until after I started busting. Good thing I got a Rick Cerone YSL to save at least part of it.

I say if we beat the Yanks, we go far.

Base for me... I neede to prep them and gett them inked at TwinsFest.

I need to start saving too... I bought that Danny Rams auto that someone made a post about yesterday, and I am working on a Perk 1/1. Plus I am a few days behind... I hope to have around $1k for the Fest, but realistically I will be happy just to end up with a few hundred...

Couldn't find a roster per se, but I found this, and figured out who's in, who's out. Baker is out, Tolbert is out. Morales is out. Punto is in (of course), Butera is in (only carrying two catchers this round.)

As far as the author's notes, sure A-Rod has the offensive numbers over Valencia, but I think Danny's got a better glove right now. East Coast Bias. :evil:

Don't think it was mentioned yet but Liriano has won AL Comeback Player of the Year. Nice to see him get rewarded for his season. Also does anybody know what time gates open for the game tomorrow night? I'm trying to get there right when they open up.

Topps Vault uncirculated Blankbacks 1/1 Baker and Stache, Cuddy Red ref /25 (may try and piece rainbow minus super), Killer Ginter mini PSA 9 and Briggs 76 Topps PSA 8. It is hardest card in set to find in PSA 9. Love the old school look of the card. Even finding an 8 is tough.

Masterpieces and Beam teams autos and couple t206's. Mini cycle /99 Stache. The Hunter masterpieces from 2007 is very hard to find. even a couple Perks.

First circle G Gaetti auto, definitley not last. After seeing GC, G Man collection had to pick up acircle G auto for myself.

Think I'm going to change my avaitor to it for good luck in playoffs. I can't have Pettitte card in it anymore.

If Twins are leading and we get another Joe Nathan like meltdown again I'm going to be beyond pissed off this post season. I hope for a close game and our bullpen gets it done, get confidence back. I know Capps and BF have nothing to do with past postseason flops. It just vibe this team has now.
