They have no phone number. I have already been in a big circle between Live.com help emails from representatives and ebay customer support.

They owe me a $200 cashback from a purchase, which never even got posted into my account. I gave them all the info on the transaction, including paypal payment transaction numbers, and I have been going back and forth with a Live.com representative.

As of late, he has not returned my emails. If I don't get through after next week, I will go back to ebay and complain some more to the supervisor I spoke with.

I've got something like five failed transactions myself. I have not made any changes to my PAYPAL account. I'm due about $125 in total. I know there are folks that made much larger transactions based on the Live.com incentive. I hope no one overextended themselves on this "deal"

My wife is in the same boat. $200 on 1 transaction. PayPal payment has "Failed". E-mail to them got the "It states that it failed, but we know it went through. Please manually check your PayPal account. We are closing this case.". Well, she checked, it wasn't there. E-mailed back, and was told the case was ESCALATED. Of course, we have since heard nothing.

So, she started replying to the e-mail daily. After several days, she started again. Now she is told that her PayPal account must be set to not accept payment (uhhh...she's very active on e-bay and receives payments several times a week).

Meanwhile, I have a much more minor issue. I had $4.50 in my account (can't claim it since it is under $5). No biggie, I had $15 in process. I could then claim the full $19.50 right? Wrong. The $15 went directly to Paypal, and I still can't touch the $4.50. I have no further pending payments. Microsoft's solution? Buy more stuff so more money will land in the account, and claim the entire amount. They have since stopped responding to my e-mails.
