Very nice on both counts!!! Though as a BIG Pats fan those Tom C's make me queasy ;)

I love searching the political books, especially those of former US Presidents. Have hit a VP and some other biggies but not a President. Condie could be first woman President if she ever made a run at it.......

Well, as a Giants fan... Ok,ok, I'll stop now and keep this cordial 😉

I guess I should hold onto the condoleeza rice book then, if she does run for pres...that could mean big money eventually...

Just a heads up...

I was in Costco today and found a signed book (had an autographed copy sticker on it). It wasn't anyone special, and they wanted $15 for it, so I left it there.

Anyways, there might be a decent author or two floating around a Costco or wholesale store. Might be worth looking out for.

One signed book day-

Bonnie Angelo, First Mothers- During her more than twenty-five years with Time magazine, she has reported on the White House and has covered newsmakers and events across America and the world.

I've never seen this before... Books signed by multiple people sure, but a book signed by the author, twice?

Conquering Life's Curves - Ed Hearn (former MLBer).

Usually I just open the book until I find the auto. Saves time. I got back to the car and decided to look through the book as I normally do. I was surprised to see that Hearn had signed the book twice. Both are with inscriptions.

1st one: "Curtis, Keep Swinging" - Ed Hearn
2nd one: "Keep swinging for the fences regardless of life's curves" - Ed Hearn

And while it's not signed, I might as well share. It's still cool.

I found a printed journal that was edited by my writing professor. I decided to grab it for a buck.

I've seen the double signing thing happen in person. Usually it happens because the author forgets they just signed the book and sign it again.

Or maybe the guy bought the book already signed, and then wanted it personalized. On another note, When I met doc Gooden, I had him sign my baseball encyclopedia, he signed the opposite page, so I had him resign by his name, probably not what happened here, but who knows what kind of scenario could have happened

I don't know what happened. I'll have to see if there are any signed editions out there.

It's cool nonetheless. Great edition to the collection.

Nice!

I've heard of North and Hannity, who are the other two?

Don't know anything about Ryan, the book looked neat, is about poker.
Connolly is a best-seller from Ireland. Has a collection of mysteries about the character Charlie Parker (this is the 5th book in the series). Seemed interesting.
