I'm not going to get into it over why M.Taylor is better than anyone because that boat sailed awhile back on the BMB (& fast forward close to a year later I had milb.com basically saying word for word what I had written about his comparison's). It's funny how each year no one mention's these player's (Collier) until they appear on a Chrome card... What has Collier done besides receive hype that you would think to rank him over Taylor, Marson, D'Arnaud, or even Jason Donald?
one of these days...
You will understand why milb stats are overrated and why the opinion of milb.com is not important.[/quote:3pwpcqr9]
I do understand this Gilmore, I laughed at thier ranking's this year (& at everyother year I've looked at thier ranking's); I also understand that milb stats don't translate into an mlb player. However, I do think a player's production in the minor's hold's more weight in deciding the prospect's progression than the opinion's that are written on a sport's card message board (I would hope you all do).
