My collection runs all over the place.

Player collection: Alex Rodriguez(present), Roberto Clemente(vintage)
Rookie cards of HOFers (especially from the 60's and 70's): Brett, Schmidt, Bench, Murray, Yaz; guys like that
Sets: A very eclectic array. USA sets, 94 SP sets, 80's factory sets, recent sealed Topps sets. Various base sets from the 90s from busting so many boxes.
Boxes: unopened and sealed boxes from all over the place, i.e. among many others there are 80 Topps Cello, 94 SP, 93 Topps, case of 89 Donruss. Absolutely no rhyme or reason. I do want a box of 75 Topps mini though
Singles: Vintage stuff only like Mantle, Mays, Aaron, 71 Topps, etc.
Autos: HOFers only (No stickers). Still looking for a particular on card auto of Teddy ballgame and Koufax.
If I can't find what I am looking for in any of this I will venture off to something else in the meantime. It's an addiction not a hobby.

Chicago White Sox. Any year, any player - regardless of if they're currently there, as long as they're indicated on card as a White Sock.

My player that I collect is Tommy John.
I also collect base sets. This yer I am down to just the base Topps and UD sets. I may work a couple of others, such as Heroes or APOH if I like them when they come out.

Thanks,

1993 Finest refractors, 10 complete sets and hundreds of extras

Holly freakin' hell!! AMAZING!!

+1, so your the reason the ryan refractors are so hard to find. Im not sure I have ever seen one go for under $500. A psa 10 went for $2000 a few months ago.

How on earth did you manage this? Have you just been buying them up since 93 or did you buy out another collection?

I mostly collect Kerry Wood.

I also do pick up 2005 TOTT, Sweet Spot Autos, AG autos and Relics, and bowman heritage autos.
I am trying to get all sticker autos out of my collection.

I would say I have a "modified" team collection. I am working on a 1901-1969 Red Sox type card master collection (including all back and front variations, player name/photo errors, picture formats, etc. .)

Player Collector - Tulowitzki
Team collector - St. Louis Cardinals - From Rogers Hornsby to Anthony Ferrara...

I do minimal amounts of prospecting - I'm not patient enough.

I do collect a little bit of all 4 major sports, but Baseball is probably my least collected sport. For Baseball though i do player collect two guys, Vlad Guerrero and Roger Maris (mainly game used cards of Maris and some of his vintage Yankees cards) and team collect as well, NY Yankees and Montreal Expos (Washington). Other than that i am all over the place in Baseball and often just buy what ever catches my eye. Also like to buy the odd autographed prospect RC now and then as well.

Player Collecting, kind of. Building a PSA'd Topps Set of Ozzie Smith. Plan on doing this with all modern era Cardinals with their numbers retired by the club. I've got a start on Lou Brock and Bob Gibson, but I'm only two away from completing Ozzie.

I team Collect the Cardinals, used to go after anything and everything. I like to get certified auto's of any of them, but try to concentrate on RC's only now.

I do prospect, but not for PC; just to fund the Cardinals stuff.

Yeah, that Tulo collection is weak though!
