Card Holder and Grading Recommendations

I am looking to get a 1977 Pepsi Cola card graded. It is complete with tab. Should I send it in complete or just the disc. I would prefer complete but it's now finding a holder to send it in. Any recommendations on either?

I've seen PSA examples with both. Should fit in a Card Saver 4 maybe?

I would send it in complete, but I come from the mindset that something is only original once and once you start removing stuff, it'll never be the same again. Something I would do is make sure that set can even be graded before sending it in if it's an odd ball set/size.
