Hey All

Been reading the Montero Red Refractor posts and decided to join. I'm sure some of you here used the old AOL Message boards and remember the pre-Ebay auctions on those boards. They were a lot of work but a great way to move your cards at a good price.

I collect football and baseball in particular Bowman Draft Baseball, Yankees and autographed SI's

Hello to all. I am new to FCB, but have been collecting and selling on Ebay for about 4 years. I generally buy and sell Autographed Chrome cards that I have several of as I don't spread myself out too thin. I was a big part of the sinking ship that was Alex Gordon when I first started as I had about 3 grand invested in him, but have since learned my lesson. Funny thing was that it was between Gordon and Ryan Braun, and although I invested about $300 in Braun and ended up making about 2 grand, I lost my butt to Gordon. Since then I have decided to buy low on guys like 2008's pick up of a ton of Mike Montgomery Bowman Chrome. If you don't see too many of them for sale on Ebay, it's probably because of me. LOL. Also Amarista, Alex White, Tyler Chatwood and one of my sneak picks.. Charlie Blackmon. All these cards I paid base price about 3-7 dollars on and am looking forward to hopefully a really good year in 2011 with the 5 Grand I invested in these guys. I google players alot to see what people think of them and OFTEN I am led here, so I decided it was time to join. I hope you will welcome me to this board as this could prove to be a huge asset to business as well as an oportunity to make some new friends. Currently, I'm still in the hunt for Tyler Chatwood '10 Chrome auto's and Wilin Rosario '10 chrome auto's but love hearing about under the radar prospects so feel free to share. Thanks for having me on the board folks and I look forward to talking with you all soon. Dave

Hey guys,
I am new here. I collected as a kid but fell out of the hobby as a teenager. I got back in the hobby a year or so a go. I've had some great exchanges with some FCB members on Ebay, and am looking forward to jumping in here. Hope everyone had a great holiday.

Hello everybody, my name is Chris and I'm new to this site. Just recently began to collect once again, like sex, I just can't get enough. Always looking for the latest hot item. And of course, once I see it, I need it!

Because of these newly found intense cravings; I buy alot of singles, cases, boxes, and blasters. I just can't get enough since the thrill started again. Yes, it feels like the first time.....but with alittle experience. Kinda like going back in time....If I knew then what I know now! :D

I collect baseball and football. More so baseball. My favorite team is none other than the Tampa Bay. GO RAYS!

Thanks for listening,

Chris

Hello!

My name is Justin. I have been a lurker for the past month or so, and finally decided to sign up. I stopped collecting specifically cards in 2002, and now pretty much am an autograph collector. That said, I still have dabble and am working on three projects: collecting every single Topps team set of the St. Louis Blues and Cleveland Browns. Also, I am working on collecting every Topps team set, Bowman base and Draft of the Indians. As for the Indians I have knocked out most of the newer sets, but the '52-mid 60's are proving tougher.

As for autographs I am a big fan of the 2005 UD Ultimate set, and for base cards I love--like most people--getting A&G done.

I live in Hawaii, originally from Cleveland...and lived in Omaha working for the Royals for about two years.

Hey everybody. My name is Chris and I've been collecting cards since 1987. I'm mostly a vintage card guy with my main focuses being Roy Campanella (I've finished the PSA basic set and am albout 2/3 of the way through the master) and the St. Louis Cardinals. I'm currently working on a T206 Cardinal set (T205 is next) and have found a real fondness for Roy Campanella GU cards over the past month. So if anyone has anything that would fit my collection or would just like to talk cards or Cards I would love to hear from you. :)

Hey everyone,

I've been a member for almost a week now. Love reading the threads.

I'm working on scanning in some of my latest box breaks and I'll post them in the forum once they're all scanned in.

I've been collecting cards since I was about 5, so about 18 years now :) I've also been collecting autographs since close to then as well. I have a website (that is really in need of repair) at www.ryanjw.com and I belong to the forums at Blowout and StarTiger. So, if you've been to either of those you may know my name.

Hello Everyone,

I finally decided to sign up after reading posts for about two months or so. My favorite so far has been the 90's inserts thread. I grew out collecting Kirby Puckett and have about 950 or different cards that are recognized by Beckett and a couple hundred more that aren't. I also started collecting Justin Morneau last year and I am up 400 different cards of his. I recently completed the Justin Morneau 2010 Topps chrome rainbow. Once I get the pics taken I will post them.

Thanks

Josh

Hello my name is Michael and I joined a while back but have not been very active. I collect what I call "vintage" pre-1993 Dale Murphy everything. I have most issue but my white whale is a 1990 Donruss Aqueous Test, so if anyone has one for sell or trade just name your price. I have been collecting Murphy since around 1988 and have extras and have learned a lot about his cards if anyone has any needs or Murphy collectibles question let me know.

Hey everyone I'm Kevin, I'm on quite a few other sites and wanted to give this one a try. So far nothing but great people!

I collect TTM/IP signatures from the 2008 Allen & Ginter set. I currently have about 235/350 cards in the set signed. I have about 450 total A&G cards signed from all years.
