ebay feedback question as seller, please help

i have quite a few non-paying bidders, some that seem to be disgruntled and want to cancel the transaction.

im worried about getting negative feedback. what are the correct steps as a seller to make sure im protected and do not get negative feedback?

if i cancel the transaction, do i get my fees back and can they still leave me negative feedback?

if i let it go and then file a non-paying bidder to get my fees back and they get a strike, can they leave me negative feedback?

if they leave me negative feedback BEFORE i file a NPB, will it be removed if they never paid?

If someone could answer those questions for me, I would really appreciate. I'm still a little confused over the new ebay rules.

I am just filing NPB alerts, it gives buyers 4 days to decide what to do. I wait 7 days for payment then file.


I have had an INSANE amount of non-payors lately, from Auctions to BIN listings, from .99 to $130. Also, none of the buyers have low feedback so that is not the problem.

Thanks, so I guess it is best to just cancel bc if they didn't want to pay and I make them pay by filing Npb they still can leave negative feedback. This buyer having all the power thing sucks, especially when you are dealing with 12 year olds.
