If someone can legitimately come up with another $2.54 in "handling" costs, I will be amazed.
And please dont come in here with "they had to buy gas". Bull shat! There are dozens of mailboxes on your way to anywhere, so it is not like they went out of their way to mail this.

I say leave a positive, note that they ship in PWE's for $3, and leave what you feel is the correct star rating for "How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?"
If it was me, 2-3 stars at best.

UM, there are??

Plain and simple, if it arrives in a PWE, charge back time

Alright, for instance, I offer free shipping on my eBay sales. I typically do low-end sales, just to move stuff.

Last week, I had some low-end chromes go for about .60. So, I shipped the cards in brand new sleeves, brand new toploaders, brand new team bags, and wrapped around a piece of paper, in a PWE.

I'm not going to ship a .60 card in a bubble mailer, when I can ship it in a well protected PWE for much less. I just don't see the reason. I've had 6 buyers leave me a positive feedback so far, and almost all have said, "..packaged better than expected", so take that for what you will.

Am I wrong here?
