Ebay User ID Not Found??

Just went to log on Ebay and I'm getting a message that my user ID does not exist. I have top rated seller and powerseller access. Does anyone know why I might be getting this message?

If I knew where Bayport was, I could help. There's one decent shop - Baseball Card Clubhouse on the corner of Hillsborough Avenue and Racetrack Road, diagonally across from the Oldsmar flea market.

Other than that, nope.
