Yeah, but I also felt that Mr. Mint felt bad about taking away this guy's collection too. I think that only added to him acting like an SOB so I also felt bad for Mr. Mint...yes, I know that sounds strange. Mr. Mint acted like he didn't want to be there.

Mr Mint is Mr Mint, but thats not what made me feel bad for the seller.

What made me feel bad was that this guy probably spent a lifetime collecting that stash, probably bought the packs near the release date of the original sets. The jersey seemed VERY sentimental to him. Then, he basically gets taken for it, and Mint tosses shat around like its worthless to the guy. He's shouting out numbers and I all I could think about was the time he probably spent in that basement organizing and collecting everything.

Its really a shame, because Im sure he lost a lot of his life in that sale.
So very true...you get a thanks.

I don't like the fact that he filmed the whole deal.

People are pushing blame on the seller but with a camera in front of you--even if it isn't for national TV--can pressure normal people.

Mr. Mint is retiring, actually. I was told by a card show organizer who has dealt with him that he's broke.

Is there any stock in this source? Mr. Mint has no inventory. Everything he buys, he sells.
