With Frank doing free signings around Chicago to promote Big Hurt Beer, I was fortunate enough to find a collector willing to have a piece of the roof signed for me. Frank has been very accommodating to the fans, signing multiple items, even every can of entire cases of beer when requested, including inscriptions. My hope was that Frank would notate his 2 achievements on the tile for me.
When presented the tile, Frank had no clue what it was, but when it was explained and my inscription request was made, he laughed and apparently seemed genuinely excited about the piece. Here's the outcome...amazing for an absolutely free signing!
