All of this ******-Favre-Finkle-Einhorn talk got me thinking.

Who do you think is a better QB:

Sanchez
Einhorn
Uncle Rico

I'd have to go with Uncle Rico.

I'm not sure how anything I said has anything to do with Dilfer saying Tebow is throwing Sanchez off his game. If you'd like to counter anything I said specifically, by all means please do. I'm pretty open minded and can always admit when I'm wrong, plus appreciate the chance to become better informed.

As far as ****** humor goes, that's as tame as it comes, and don't see any way that can be offensive to the average person. It's not like I made one of the cruder jokes referencing death or various heinous acts.

Getting Sandy in here. Bow to snow and winter

So wait is Testaverde ****** or Favre.

First - YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH, ******! VINCENT TESTAVERDE IS AN AMERICAN TREASURE.

Second - I don't appreciate you using "Sandy" in a conversation about New York so close to the superstorm rolling through. You are likely to offend somebody.

Modstang Tim, I say Uncle Rico. He can throw a football over a mountain. Sanchez seems to only be able to hit the ground in front of his receiver. No way he clears a mountain.

Neither...he's Goebbels.

Now I'll go back to bowing out of this thread, because this f'n ****** just isn't worth my time.

Apparently the moron never heard that old adage, "Once you introduce ****** into your debate, debate's over, and You LOSE".

Really? You're going to come in here calling names. I'll let the bait on your hook and avoid getting drawn into a personal fight here.

No, actually I won't. Just do me a favor and smack yourself in the face with your keyboard. It might knock some sense into you, plus it will break your way to communicate on here. It's a win-win. I'll also send you a nice Sanchez auto if you sign a contract that you'll never reproduce.

This coming from the mouth-breather that surely lives in one of those old PA coalmining towns where inbreeding is considered a recreational sport......any flipper grandkids in your family tree, "skippy"?

If you make fun of my daughter-cousin again, I'll cut you with the razor sharp gem mint 10 corners of a Mark Sanchez RC refractor. It's either family or the Amish, and I sure as hell ain't getting rid of my tv for some action on the weekends.

Since we're playing the stereotype game, am I to assume you dance to 80s rock ballads while Japanese businessmen stuff yen into your banana hammock and you cry quietly under the music because daddy ran away, mommy never loved you, and your uncle couldn't keep his hands off you? Chin up. It'll get better once you finish getting yourself through community college.

Let's keep your father's shortcomings in life out of the conversation, shall we? It's unseemly to see you denigrate him like that...just take another swig of the homemade *****, you'll get over it soon enough.

As for me, you should assume I'm part of a large "family" and my "cousin" Paulie and "Louie the bat" might want to say hello soon..........

Specifically you saying it's Rex Ryan's fault that the Jets have underperformed is the opinion of an uninformed and unintelligent football fan. Aside from Cromartie name one star the Jets have on defense and they've still played their hearts out this season. The Jets under Ryan have had a media circus and that's just his style of coaching he isn't a quiet shy coach. With a rookie and sophmore year Mark Sanchez under center he got to two straight AFC title games beating Peyton and Brady at their home stadium respectively. Of course when things go bad Ryan's mouth comes back to bite him in the ass but that doesn't take away from his accomplishments, that doesn't take away from the fact that the staff around him hasn't been of much help especially in the last two years, that doesn't take away from the fact that he's never had a solid option at QB, that doesn't change the fact that the Jets were injury prone to the point of disbelief this year, it doesn't change a lot of things. Casual NFL fans like you are too quick to jump the gun on the head coach especially in a place like NY when upper management controls so much of the team..and in addition you blame Ryan for Cromartie's personal choices of having unprotected sex. That's like blaming Harbaugh for Ray Lewis' choices of having unprotected sex it all happened before they got there. I don't even know why I bothered addressing that comment but the point is you're trying to point the finger at Rex for stupid issues.

I haven't heard you mentioned Tannenbaum once in any of your posts (do you even know who he is?) Once the Jets didn't get Peyton which they had absolutely no chance of getting, Tannenbaum gave Sanchez two guaranteed years even though he didn't have to since Sanchez was still under his rookie contract for this season. Now it majorly bit them in the ass for the next season and will undoubtably affect their ability to shop for another QB. If he leaves, they'll likely have to pay the major part of his salary with any other team or they'll have to eat a huge cap hit. Or is that Rex's fault as well?

I got a shotgun rifle and a four wheel drive, and a country boy can survive. Country folks can survive.

My eyes hurt from the giant paragraphs lol. Did the whole responding in bold in the quote thing.

Specifically you saying it's Rex Ryan's fault that the Jets have underperformed is the opinion of an uninformed and unintelligent football fan.

So when your bus driver wraps the bus around a telephone pole, do you blame him or the management sitting back at the hub?

Aside from Cromartie name one star the Jets have on defense and they've still played their hearts out this season.

I already said that statement was geared more towards the offense.

The Jets under Ryan have had a media circus and that's just his style of coaching he isn't a quiet shy coach. With a rookie and sophmore year Mark Sanchez under center he got to two straight AFC title games beating Peyton and Brady at their home stadium respectively. Of course when things go bad Ryan's mouth comes back to bite him in the ass but that doesn't take away from his accomplishments,

I don't mind coaches who run their mouth. Hell, I'm a lifelong Hurricanes fan and Jimmy Johnson is one of my heroes. I like coaches who aren't afraid to boast about their team. When it comes to the NFL, I'm a Cowboys fan, and I love Rob. He's not all that different from Rex. Rex's personality and mouth have nothing to do with how I'd view his success or lack thereof.

that doesn't take away from the fact that the staff around him hasn't been of much help especially in the last two years, that doesn't take away from the fact that he's never had a solid option at QB, that doesn't change the fact that the Jets were injury prone to the point of disbelief this year, it doesn't change a lot of things.

Doesn't he pick his staff? Not the front office, but the staff around him. Serious question. I do not know if he hand picked his staff, but would think so since pretty much every coach since the dawn of time gets to bring in his own crew.

Blaming injuries for failure is pathetic. Injuries are always an excuse, never a reason. The Packers won a Super Bowl while being ravaged by injuries. The Houston Texans made a playoff run despite injuries. The Ravens have won their division despite three of the greatest defensive players of this era being plagued by injuries. I could go on and on.

Many teams are still successful even with injuries because, and I cannot stress this enough, the coach pulls them through (whether by the depth he has on the team, adjusting the game plan, calling and raising the performance of his healthy players, etc.).

Casual NFL fans like you are too quick to jump the gun on the head coach especially in a place like NY when upper management controls so much of the team..

Aw, I'm only a casual fan. This hurts more than when I couldn't be a supercollector because I didn't have enough base cards.

Yeah, management controls a lot of the team from one end, but Rex controls everything on the field on game day. I don't care if the front office was conducted through executive orders by the POTUS : it's still Rex's job to work with the talent put in front of him, to grow it, to utilize it properly, and to keep it in line.

When it's a consistent problem that has not been corrected, the coach is at fault. I'll fall back to the grocery store analogy again - if the whole store is tanking, you need a new manger.

and in addition you blame Ryan for Cromartie's personal choices of having unprotected sex. That's like blaming Harbaugh for Ray Lewis' choices of having unprotected sex it all happened before they got there. I don't even know why I bothered addressing that comment but the point is you're trying to point the finger at Rex for stupid issues.

I'm going to assume you haven't really read anything I've said, because in addition to it obviously not being a serious comment by the pure ridiculousness of it, I clearly stated it was not to be taken serious. I was being facetious. I'm not sure why I bothered addressing your comment that you weren't sure why you bothered to leave addressing my comment.

I haven't heard you mentioned Tannenbaum once in any of your posts (do you even know who he is?)

WHOA. When I bring up ****** and it's all ix-nay on the azi-nay. Yet you can bring up Operation Tannenbaum (for those of you who don't know, Operation Tannenbaum was ******'s plan to invade Switzerland, violating his standing pact of peace with them). Or were you just referring to a German Christmas tree? Either way, what do they have to do with football?

Yes, I do know who Tannenbaum is. He was with the team when I was a fan in the 90s. I didn't mention him because I'm talking about Rex. Tannenbaum may have some power as far as front office goes, but he has no impact when it comes to game day.

Once the Jets didn't get Peyton which they had absolutely no chance of getting, Tannenbaum gave Sanchez two guaranteed years even though he didn't have to since Sanchez was still under his rookie contract for this season. Now it majorly bit them in the ass for the next season and will undoubtably affect their ability to shop for another QB. If he leaves, they'll likely have to pay the major part of his salary with any other team or they'll have to eat a huge cap hit. Or is that Rex's fault as well?

Of course contract structure is not Rex's fault. I've never blamed him for the bonehead moves in the office, with the exception of how he was very vocal about getting and utlizing Tim Tebow. I have since also added on that I didn't know the extent of his feelings there behind the scenes, but assumed he was being truthful because he usually speaks his mind to the media.

Can't see the pic, so can't comment except to say, it's good I'm really from Brooklyn, then?...

But taking off from your list of topics, can we mention that Sanchez was a date-****** at USC? Just askin'....and lighten up, okay? I think the coal miner's daughter got that my comment was a joke, given his response.....

It's a fruity pic from Reno 911. Date ****** comments are perfect. Fun fact for you if you're from Brooklyn: I'm a PA cousin f**ker but my wife is from Brownsville.
