The foil cards are great looking. I also completed the run, I forget the artist, but the card in the top right annoys me badly as it doesn't look in appearance anything like the true Topps cards the artist were to model off.

Oldmanalan and yes I feel same way.

Need some help from the Griffey experts... Just acquired this card below. I know they are fairly rare as I have not seen any on Ebay of COMC. Can anybody tell me possible value?

These are tough to find. I have 3 Pujols and he is valued around $25 to $30. Griffey should be at least that if not more. Here is some info:
These eight cards were distributed in specially-marked back-to-school retail packages produced by Fairfield which were sold at Target. Two of these cards were packaged with two packs of Series One and two packs of Series Two for $7.99.
  • TB1 Miguel Cabrera
  • TB2 Albert Pujols
  • TB3 Grady Sizemore
  • TB4 Ken Griffey, Jr.
  • TB5 David Wright
  • TB6 Ichiro
  • TB7 Alex Rodriguez
  • TB8 Chipper Jones

Figured I’d post this here in case anyone missed my 90’s insert post. Likely headed to grading and then auction. If anyone would like more info moving forward don’t hesitate to ask!

Can’t go wrong with grading really, but I’m sure you would get some strong offers/bids even if you don’t grade.

Nice card! How did you get it?

Thanks, yea there has been a lot of interest even ungraded. We were big Fleer Mystique hobbyists back when they came out and so recently when going through the old collection I started investigating what the Griffey would go for. It all started because I found a Tom Brady 2000 Score Rookie Preview Auto in my “trash cards” binder I hadn’t looked at in 15 years. Also found a 2000 Mystique Brady rookie numbered to 1012/2000 and a bunch of 90s inserts. Only Griffey Cards I dug up are a Fleer Mystique /2500 card and two graded 10 rookies (USA grading and PRO grading). I bought those 20 years ago with my dad as well. My dad paid what he thought was way too much for the Griffey back then from a guy who helped us source a lot of the boxes. We pulled 11 “Established” cards that I’ll post a picture of as well!
