Have been looking for the J5 card from this set for a long time. I have never seen a card from that set signed across the bottom, they are usually at an angle across the card. And the card is numbered at the top, all the cards I have seen have been numbered at the bottom. Any opinions on this card?

I am talking about the 93 where the disc is perforated within the square. I didn't know what else to call it.
Yeah the 91 is a cruddy job cutting.

Ahhh, I see. Never seen that before. I think that's pretty unique.

I tried to fix it but it is still junk. What is that stamp on the back? It looks like he maybe changed
the angle of his hand. I imagine that happens from time to time especially with his sig. Its not just a scribble
it is defined to some extent but I am far from an expert on his auto. Looking through your bucket I see alot
of diffrent angles and sigs for example the 89 Fleer is completly diffrent then the other 89 signed cards.

Free to a good home:

I have three incomplete sets of oversize Griffey cards. I got them when they were handed out by Upper Deck at the Chicago Sun Times show, or Fanfest, or some big show back in 99. They are 5x7 reproductions, no hologram. They are listed in the SCD Annual as 1999 Ken Griffey Jr. Supers. Kept trying to get more to make more sets, but the first card was an elusive one, and I could only make one set (sorry, it's PC) So, free for the taking--cleaning house again--are the leftovers.

Lot #1: 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, & 98. (pretty close to the set)
Lot #2: 92, 93, 97, 98
Lot #3: Same as lot #2

I expect lot #1 to be the first to go, (naturally!) but PM me or fight it out amongst yourselves. You guys are very good at letting someone else get it if they need it for the PC, so I don't think there will be much fighting or hard feelings. I'll update as folks claim them.

I have seen a few hundred auto cards from that set and they all were signed and numbered like this one.

Have a good weekend bud!!

Careful out there though, I hear there are burnt bunnies close to your AO.

This is the only way I've seen one of these- no bids 3 hours, others are unconvinced!

Bruce, if you're going to stab yourself with various objects rather than take Jeff Crosser up on his unbelievable bargins, then don't come crying to me, the Forum doctor (apparently being a pediatrician is a good thing here) to fix you. Passing up those price slashing steals may be harmful to your health.

I'll plan on talking to you tomorrow after 1pm est if you aren't out fighting some war somewhere. Maybe you can take out Crosser (kidding of course) ;)

Of course I don't really intend to stab myself Steve. We've got great medics on the teams, so no worries. I'll be around, nothing going on tomorrow.

Couple of things I've been working on:

PSA 10 Upper Deck Griffeys:

PSA10s.jpg

Tried to stick to all base cards (-Checklists, HL, etc.), but a few off base cards have snuck in:

2009 Upper Deck Series II Variant Griffeys:

GriffeyVariant.jpg

Missing just five more of these to make it a set. I'd love these in PSA 10 as well, but that is going to be near impossible with what's been showing up. Never the less, if you can get me the one's I'm missing, paying $20 each dlvd.

Are you going for the auto'd versions.. Series 1 has him as a Whitesox and Series 2 has him as a Mariner.(it's a SP).
