Is this the #47 card ($150) or the or #146 ($80)
Why is the guy asking so much?

That is card #47. Sometimes people list high BIN's because they're not in a hurry to sell but if the right offer comes along they'll accept it. That and when I bought my mirror gold, there was a mirror blue that sold around the same time that went for a huge amount as well.

I have 2 mirror golds bases #46 and #145 (/25 of each)
Are the mirror golds worth alot more than the blue?
Why doesn't the mirror blue on ebay say mirror blue on the front?
How many of that mirror blue (#47) were released?

Sorry don't follow Donruss much

The mirror golds/blues that say Mirror on the front of from the 1997 release. The card for sale is from the 1996 release. In 1996, there were 30 Mirror Golds, 45 Mirror Blues and 90 Mirror Reds.

next dumb question, are the mirror golds and mirror blues from 1997 Pinnacle Certified cards related in any way? I've got 3 golds of those (1 psa 9, 83x2 and 53) and 2 blues (136 & 53) all with peel off covers

Hello everyone,
My next card from my Griff collection is my Epic Four Barrel 1/1 card with bat barrel nameplates from Griffey, Sheffield, McCovey and Jackson.

Just for the record- I DIDN'T BUY IT!
That's an insane amount in my mind to pay and I've paid alot for some cards.
I never even inquired about this one.
I guess Dimaggio doesn't excite me like Williams, Ruth, Cobb, Hornsby etc.
Also I don't like the signature of Dimaggio on the bat looking very blurred and pared with a nameplate Griffey bat.

Just my opinion- I could be wrong (to quote Dennis Miller)

Ever notice that there are some cards that just never seem to show up for sale? Have been looking for this one for a longtime. Stole the scan from Magics bucket.

I tried several times to buy the one on Naxcom and the guy never answered any questions or responded to offers. Told Magic about it and he said that was the one in his bucket. Sure enough, it was the same card. Reported it to Naxcom about 6 months ago, but the card is still up on their site.

Hi all,
Tonite I thought I'd share my /3 GRIFFEY Letters (redemption release). They are UD SP authentic BY THE LETTER SIGNATURE CARDS of course, only these on letter patch auto cards are each marked 3/3. The fonts are the same as used for the /20 letters but there is a gold frame around each letter with a large gold bar bottom. Griffey is shown in a Reds uniform, white pinstripes and red longsleeve jersey.

Agree strongly with MP- NOT the time to sell, collectables are luxuries and they are being hit the hardest in this NOBODY'S FAULT DISASTER ECONOMY.
