Steve, your card is one from the 2005 Donruss Throwback Threads Polo Grounds series.

thanks RICK for your help on the DonRuss Card
I don't follow Leaf or DonRuss very closely, too involved for me in terms of inserts
But thanks to you I got to see the whole series in Beckett and now I'm aware of it

If that was a Juan it would not have lasted 10 min.

I'm trying to help a Griffey collector track down the 1990 Playmaker Print #2. Anyone ever hear of it or own it? I have no idea what it looks like or who manufactured it.

A few deals out there as a BUNCH of griffey cards are being listed. Unfortunately all being done at the same time, which hurts his sales and the market a bit. But the guy said that he bought the collection from someone that is getting out of collecting to pay medical bills. Anyway, some deals can be had with both autos and game used.

I was actually just about to post something for him as well as he has such a WIDE variety of Griffeys for (and I'm no expert here, but) what seems to be very fair prices. Great opportunity to pick up a few things to fill some holes in your collection. Here is (at least I think I did it right) a link to his auctions. Enjoy! Hopefully you can find something nice!

Looks like a few pages were removed with the update, but not too much fortunately.

I am slowly adding some of the 09 ultimate (on card) auto's with variable numbering. They look like these:

If you have any available for trade or a decent price, please PM me.

I think I have this card wrong in my database, what is the correct year, set, number of this griffey? Also, is there a glossy version of it?

Thanks guys!
