auto looks good
that's what i thought. If there was any question in my mind I wouldn't have picked it up but it certainly looked legit.
LaneyB: it's a IP auto on a donruss studio card, apparently from a guy that used to sell auto's from the mariners back in the 90's. he was based out of washington also.

I'm sure some of you saw this on ebay.. yes i was the sucker that bought it. I figured for $20 wasn't much of a risk in picking it up. what's everyone think?

I've picked up a few auto's from him and he used to do signings with Griffey back when Griffey was here the first time..

Check out Millcreeksports as another that has some cheap Griffey/M's auto's as well as some others..

This is a good seller...especially that UDA 600hr photo. Picked up one for a little less with bing and ebay bucks, and it is a great deal. Limited to 103, looks great in person. There is also a seller on ebay selling auto'd 8x10's for 25dlvd. Picked up one of those and they too are great. Cant go wrong either way if you like 8x10's (which i seem to lately)

I have been waiting to pick these up. I have been holding out to try and get all the same serial numbers. I submitted an offer so I hope we can work something out.

That is one group of autos that I will be keeping, I've got a thing for the rc auto cards. Most of the rest are going to have to go.

Adding that these are very very tough so I am curious if its just your scanner and if its numbered. By the looks you have a mylar/mirror and by that I mean Larry Walker on the other side is the mirror. SCD has the golds at 1 /199 packs hobby only.
Mirror /Mylar Gold from Magicpapas bucket.

Hey guys. Are any of the 1995 Collector's Choice Crash the Game GOLD redemptions worth anything? Found a Griffey (August 24th) in a junk lot I picked up and wasn't sure if these were common or rare. Thanks!

Edit to add they are fairly tough but not expensive. I think a couple bucks each? The 96 Golds are alot tougher and
around 5 to 8 bucks each unless of course you get a bidding war.
Yup I need that one and I know someone that needs the Mcgwire Gold dated Sept 27.

Jack,
The scans you posted of the red & gold are not mirror. Only the top "refractor" is the mirror. In the 2nd scan, that is just a gold. As far as I know, there are 2 versions of each card. Each player has a version w/ a foil side, & a Mylar side. I don't believe that there is a version that is "mirror" on both sides, so that one that rarecardcollector & magic both have should have a Mylar Gold version of Walker on the other side.
