I've discussed these with Michael but wanted to post them as well. A lady who I trust is hardly an expert and has sold me a lot from her son's Griffey Insert collection. All has been well.

She claims he got these at a convention of some sort and they are 1/1's as far as she knows. I would love for someone to help me figure out what these cards are and whether they are worth fooling with

Thanks
Steve B

Funny thing, I bought one of these on ebay for $3 plus $3 shipping about 3 months ago. It was not headlined correctly and I don't think the fellow knew what he was selling. I promptly sold mine for near $300. So mine is a $6 investment.
Wish that would happen more often

These appear to be where someone removed the foil fronts from the backs of the cards and sold them as "proofs". They are just destroyed base cards. The lady probably doesn't know anything about them and her son may have been duped on the bay, but these cards are worthless.

Hey guys, I was going thru a box of old inserts and I found this. I believe it is a 1999 Pacific Crown Collection Platinum Blue parallel. These were pretty rare if I remember correctly. Also, the back of the card is written in spanish... Any idea on value would help. I'm wondering if it is worth it to throw it on ebay... There haven't been any recent similars that have ended...

These B&W cards are very rare and decided to look at Becketts checklist. They have 2 different ones listed
KG & KG2 both of mine are KG2. Does anyone have a KG? Would like to know the difference.

Hey Roy, great maildays! My B&W is the KG2 as well, now you've got me wondering what the difference is. How rare do you think these are?

Hi Guys

Having huge problems with scanner and computer, will have a bunch of stuff to show soon. Can anyone clear up what is happening with Upper deck and Topps for 2010. Will there be any more cards released? THANKS
