About 3 months ago I sent in a card in to have it authenticated. Just authenticated and not graded. I called 3 weeks ago and I could tell by the questions they were asking me they couldn't find my card. They then gave me the excuse that Mr. Spence is very busy and he personally signs off on all orders and he's been doing a lot of shows lately. They claim they're turn around time is 10 business days. I wouldn't expect that but 3 months is ridiculous. Has anyone sent cards to JSA after the first week of February and has received their orders back yet?
