LELAND IRVING is finally gonna get a RC!!!!

Hes playing in an NHL game as i post this in Florida against the Panthers


Irving is a 1st round pick by Calgary in 2006 for those that dont know!

How'd he look last night? I was able to catch a few minutes of the third, but not much else. I too am looking forward to some Irving RC's ... a YG in Series 2??? Come on UD, do it!!!

Marc-Andre Fleury recorded his 200th career win last night with an 8-3 victory over the Buffalo Sabres. Fleury is the 4th youngest goalie in the Expansion Era to reach 200 wins. he is the second goalie in Penguins history to win 200 games (Tom Barrasso - 225).

Pretty good. Some nerves in the first but he played well. Too bad they couldn't win it for him. Look for an S2 YG!

Flames beat the Canucks for the only the 2nd time in the last 12 games, giving Irving his first NHL victory.
Flames are on the road for the next 2 weeks with the world juniors in the city until the new year.

the U.S. played sloppy in the 3rd Period. bad defensive play and a goal off a defenseman's skate. they need to beat the Czech's tomorrow or they will be in jeopardy of not moving on to the next round.

the Flyers come to Pittsburgh for the first time this season tonight to take on the Penguins at 7 pm. the winner will tie the Rangers for 1st place in the Atlantic division. it will be Jagr and Max Talbot's first game played in the CEC since signing with the Flyers in the offseason.

EDIT: the Flyers won 4-2 and Jagr and Talbot both scored goals. the Flyers have outplayed the Penguins in both of the games so far this season.
