Scott hasn't scored since he left the Devils

BTW NO NJ Devils in the AllStar weekend

Elias played his 1000th game (with 1 team)! Kovy and Parise are having great years. NHL is anti NJ :!:

the Penguins released an update on Sidney Crosby's injury status today...

PittsburghPenguins.com said:
The diagnosis of Dr. Robert S. Bray, a neurological spine specialist based in Los Angeles, is that Sidney Crosby had suffered a neck injury in addition to a concussion. Dr. Bray reports that the neck injury is fully healed. Those findings will be evaluated by independent specialists over the next few days. The most important goal all along has been Sidney's return to full health, and we are encouraged that progress continues to be made.

Say what you will about him, but Chara is a freak of nature! 108.8 MPH shot!

Weber had 106 MPH!

I have enjoyed this skills competition. Bravo, Ottawa as the host city!

And this is why anyone who attempts to block a Chara shot gets props in my book. You've got to have some serious balls to get in the way of that (same goes for Weber).

i loved it how the Ottawa crowd booed Lupul, Kessell and especially Phaneuf ALL weekend. Several times through out the weekend, like at the fantasy draft after Phaneuf just got picked, i loved how the Ottawa crowd chanted "over-rated, over-rated" over and over again. They did the same chant at the skills competition too, haha.

Nothing to say about Chara other then he is a beast. Hes just like the PERFECT Defensive Hockey player on the planet. Huge, tall guy, good skater, takes the body, very hard to get around and a HUGE shot!!

Nice to see Gaborik win the MVP. He is such a great player but his talent it seemed was almost hidden in Minny. Now playing in New York Rangers he os getting the reputation of a player that is on the verge of being a big star.

Nice comeback for the Predators tonight in an away game against the Wild, Preds scored 4 goals in the 3rd, 3 of those in the last 3 minutes to win 5 to 4. Glad I didn't change the channel the last 3 minutes, great start after the break.

the Pens had an incredible comeback tonight as well. the Leafs dominated the first 2 1/2 Periods and were up 2-0 and then 4-1 but the Pens got goals from Steve Sullivan, Joe Vitale and a goal off of Evgeni Malkin's shoulder to tie it with 6.6 seconds left in the game. Malkin was the only player to score in the shootout and the Pens won 5-4.

they have won 8 straight games

Predators were outplayed in every phase by the Flyers tonight.

We still can't beat the big boys on a consistent basis. As always with this team, at least one piece seems to be missing.

Rinaldo needs to be suspended for the slew foot on Parise.

who knew Kovy had that kind of power behind his punches?
