Brian is quick to jump in many posts, I wonder why he hasn't made an appearance here to possibly answer some of the questions?

Maybe he's doing boring things like running his company

Not the best of responses considering BG has been on here at all times of the day in the midst of production and auto-hunting.

That didn't stop him before from posting..

That was before the hounds started flaming him and making false claims.

I don't blame him one bit from not posting anymore.

Yeah, I dont really Blame Brian for not chiming in. I mean, what can he really say? All this post is, is about asking "just how in sam hell did he pull it off"?? This does not really deserve a response, and if I were him, I'd be sitting back smiling. Counting all the money he just raked in from the FCB...

Not sure this is true either...there were a lot of cases produced and as much as some big money floats around here, it came from other places too.

I don't think it's anywhere close to 99% either. There are some big sellers of razor singles on ebay that are not on FCB.

If this message board was the main reason for most of the sales of Razor then I can only say BRAVO Razor!

There is a great collection of very intelligent individuals as far as this hobby goes on this board...so if we've driven it this product, then clearly they've delivered a product that delivers something that collectors/prospectors want.

In regards to these exclusive contracts, I personally will wait for validation of their strength.

Seems to me like no appearances by any razor exclusives in BDP, EEE, Threads or Sterling might be a good start. I'm sure Brian consulted good lawyers when having these written up.

As far as Chris being a marionette, he posts everything he's allowed to post information wise, that's from Razor, Topps and Donruss, he gets info from all three he doesn't post, this happens when you are well-connected.
From what I understood when these "exclusive" contracts were being discussed, it was stated that no other cards featuring these "exclusive" players could be had outside of Razor. And while it is true that Topps and Donruss have not yet featured these players, Tristar has, and therefore they are not as exclusive as initially assumed.

That said, while Tristar has not apparently had them sign, Tristar has been able to acquire and insert trapped signatures for their product....regardless of the total number.

And before everyone chimes in with "Tristar is no comparison, blah blah blah," - Tristar is indeed a competitor, is licensed by MiLB and should be considered for comparison as people still crack and collect their products.

So there is some flexibility in these contracts...we just don't know how much, and none of us can imply that we do.

They bought USA cards and cut them up. The players didn't sign for them.

I am completely aware that the players did not sign directly for Tristar, however they acquired them and inserted them. Also, not all were from USA cards, the closed Tim Beckham Tristar autograph #/50 was signed in ball point pen...probably 3 X 5.

If this is how easy it is for Tristar to release their autographs, what is to stop Tristar from acquiring a slew of 3 X 5s, or similar flat pieces? Tristar's lack of a soul certainly would consider including virtually any flat piece with an autograph, no matter how gaudy or illegible.

I don't think anything will stop Tristar from acquiring anything. I'm surprised they didn't get balls and do a sweet spot type of release.
What does Razor do to make it impossible for tristar to pick up items from the secondary market?
