Just got word from his agent that Julio Teheran IS taking Beachy's spot.

have heard about Proctor being promoted but Mark Bowman on Twitter is reporting Teheran's promotion. Not sure what to believe just yet but Teheran deserves a promotion even if it is just until Beachy returns.

Scott Proctor was called up today, but he's not a starter. Proctor or another reliever will be sent back to Gwinnett once Beachy's spot in the rotation comes around this week.

edit: Also, isn't there a 10 day rule that would apply to Julio on being called back up? If that were the case, it would be too early to make a roster move for him since he pitched last Saturday in Philly.
