No, that is an easy one. I've held a dual jersey 1/1 Nolan Ryan in my hand before...with Nolan it would have to be a 1/1 or a High Grade of his RC.

yea, i would rather have 1/1 sticker - NOT!

1/1 means nothing to me...just a stupid marketing ploy.

This one is #/50 and will beat any 1/1 Ryan out there imho...its a stupid museum..
I guess it makes up my mind about the museum if you just want 1/1 ...VERY STUPID idea.

Well, I think that card would definitely get in. I think it should be a big museum where
things like your first card would definitely be accepted.

The dual yes, but that Sterling no way. When a card is worth less than the box it came from there is a problem. Dont get me wrong its a nice card and i wouldnt mind owning it but not for this proposed museum.

the museum I feel should just be 1/1's and other rare moderns (like low numbered buttons, barrels that are out of 2-6, and logo patches that are numbered to 6 or lower, and other nice cards), thats what the modern player collector collects, musuem it

This museum idea thus far stinks of elitism. Just keep stuff the way it is there really is no need for it at all. No one needs people to vote on cards, its reminiscent of the beckett hall of fame or what ever that garbage was. All it lead to was people feeling shafted and a few feeling elite.

BTW I voted no on accidents so +1 yes cause I love Ryan cards.

Relax - Ryan signs in everything and has for a long time.

The 1/1 is just to keep things ultra rare, how many Nolan Ryan autographs do you want to see in a Museum thread?

Better cards should be showed off. Elitism? This is a message board on the internet, if you dont like it and feel bad, get off. And if you really feel bad because of the internet get a better life. And I voted yes on accident, so that cancels out nyc's thing.

how much is a box? THe last one sold for over $300.

The thing that makes it awesome in my mind is that it shows the ALL TIME STRIKEOUT RECORD.

then what should be in it? Do you really want a museum where everyone gets there best cards in it? Do you really want a museum to look at not so rare cards and cards almost anyone can obtain anytime they want? I know I dont.

Anyway, so what about the idea for the submitter to do a poll? Is that a good idea? That way it shows a concensus of the board members opinions.

How many categories will there be?

I suggest we have one category just for superfractors, one for GU, one for on-card autos.

I also hope we all agree NO STICKERS?

I wonder if this is the overall sentiment of the NO crowd?

If so, the NO crowd is taking it way too serious and the YES crowd just wants to look at cool cards and understands there has to be some set of qualifications...
