Mostly obscure guys that probably didn't even have cards in most cases and newer guys. Have the usuals like Plunkett, Blanda, Stabler, Flores, Lamonica, Gannon, Hostetler, etc.

Finally landed one at a decent price. From a previous post in one of the new pick up threads, I think this completes the known Catfish certified autos for me according to someone...maybe it was @Dilferules

Yes that was me - there were 3 Catfish Hunter autographed cards during his lifetime:
The 1998 Donruss Signature you just picked up, his only MLB-licensed auto
1993 Nabisco (airbrushed Yankees uniform)
1995 Jimmy Dean (airbrushed A's uniform)

I can't capture it in a scan because someone thought black holofoil on a black border was a good idea but this one is #66/100.

Got 3 ruth 2009 topps sketches of Babe ruth. Think between topps and leaf I probably have 40-50 Babe ruth sketches now. Love the look of these - 1952 topps , 1909 t206 and 1969 topps inspired sketches.

Today I got a pretty large amount of singles in, but I am not feeling it, so just going to show one neat one.

I live in the Seattle area and although never was much of a basketball/Sonics fan, I do appreciate the franchise and the collectibles. I have gone back, trying to fill in items that would have been issued in my youth or sometimes before, as in this case.

Don't see a lot of bat knobs out there, but I actually already have a different parallel from this set - but the knob with the number on it was much cooler than my other one


And my absolute favorite pickup in a long time from what may be my favorite set of all time - definitely think it's one of the sharpest looking sets ever. Could only trump this pickup with the Brandon Webb from the same set.

2005 Topps All-Time Fan Favorites Rainbow Foil #FFA-JB Johnny Bench /10 -- Sharp looking card with the 1975 design, it just screams Big Red Machine with the vintage pennant on the foreground.



2008 In the Game Hockey Brian Leetch 1994 ASG Game Used Letterman Patch 1/1 -- First initial from an All-Star Game worn jersey! Not just any year, but from 1994. It was the Rangers' championship year and the All-Star Game was held on home ice in NY at Madison Square Garden. It complements my Messier GU letterman nicely. Had it been Upper Deck or Panini, this would have been way more. The provenance makes up for the brand.
