wbonus,
yes, i will record them if i see them in the completed auctions.
i think you are giving hupe royalty too much credit if you are inferring that the site gives the definitive value on a card. again, i'll say that if you believe the site is somehow into price fixing, collusion or anything erroneous, please help me fix it or create a better alternative.
i have an offer for you - help me make hupe royalty better. i'll add you to be part of the author group and you can report all the jordan completed auctions that are deemed fake, so collectors who use the site, wont get "screwed" into paying an amount you feel they should not and will have the facts that they should.
there are pay sites such as worthpoint.com and terrapeak.com that offer a more detailed version of what i am doing and record ebay data from them previous 365 days. i believe they record everything about completed auctions - from seller, buyer, bid history and all that. collectors are more than welcome to use that if they don't want to be "duped" into the information i provide on my site. if they choose not to use that instead, well, that is their own mistake for choosing not to be better informed.
as in anything in life - if you are relying on a SINGLE source for information, then you are the one who is limiting yourself and setting yourself up for failure or ignorance. Let me ask this... do you limit yourself to only reading espn.com to obtain sport information? there are other options such as sportingnews.com, cnnsi.com, nba.com, slamonline.com, etc to help you learn more about a sports story.
