I know I'll be on pins and needles waiting for these guys to come back to baseball - wait a minute...

they should bring someone that knows how to hit without help...mcgwire didnt put up great numbers untill he started juicing..i would much rather have a tony gwynn type coach

He was on a team with Canseco.
Jose Canseco says he and fellow slugger Mark McGwire were never "buddy buddies" as teammates on the Oakland Athletics, but had at least one thing in common that they talked about regularly: Using steroids.

I want to apologize to FCB. Instead of hitting "quote", I hit "report this post".
Anyway, as for Canseco ... he was HUGE from the beginning cause he was juicing in the Minors. Big Mac was Little Mac for many years or up to 1994 and then he just kept blowing up.
I don't think McGwire juiced his entire career, just most of it.
