Heyward with a double and a RBI. I'm telling he's going to hit over .280. He's going to go on one large tear here soon.

The double was a ground ball, he was motoring out of the box. Great hustle.

Varitek just hit his 5th HR. This part-time schedule is really agreeing with him.

Austin Jackson 3/4 with no K's. Hitting .370, maybe he's regained the form his had in the Florida State League from 3 years ago.

Thome with HR #569, and he's in that group where he can pass 4 guys in a hurry. 18 more and he passes Palmiero, then Killebrew then McGwire and finally Frank Robinson. He'll probably be #8 by the end of the season.

Pretty impressive for a guy who I've never worried about having juiced up. He's just "country strong" and obviously his being able to DH has lengthened his career significantly.

not trying to start an argument in this thread but he is one player that i am almost positive that has juiced...i hate how he gets a pass because he is a nice guy in the league

Can Cano HR(9) get any hotter?

You beat me to it.

Cano and Hanley have been super hot this past week (both have 4 homers this week and are batting nearly .500).

I honestly believe if Konerko didn't have 11 home runs, Cano would have been the AL Player of the Month for April (if he wasn't named it, that is).
