Meaning, he has been using the cash flow from the Sterling sales to pay for these losses. This is how a Ponzi scheme works. You use the money from new investors to pay off older ones. Lets not forget he has a lot of Plates and Patches as well as Contenders he still needs to deliver.

I think we may seem him disappear soon the same way Larry Roselli did.

If they followed the Ebay Buyer Protection guidelines then yes, they will get their money back regardless of what the seller has in their paypal account.

His short selling strategies have actually made him a pile of cash - at least with Topps Chrome and Bowman Chrome. So, he could have the cash - in theory anyway.

Honestly - everyone hates people who short them. You are essentially betting that they will lose. It's the same for stocks - everyone hates the people who short their stock. If you play craps, you hate the people who play the don't pass and the don't come lines.
