And just as I wrote that.. jab.. jab... jab... shoot. I'll join the "damn impressive" crowd if he can do this same game plan against an anderson silva.

I would love to watch that fight but I really like Silva at 205 but since he will never fight Machida I say set up a fight at 180.

That would be good. Who knows what Dana has in mind for A Silva...

This is one of those fights that's so one sided it's actually boring. There is nothing left at 170 for GSP

Is it just me..or is the HW division a joke. Lesnar is standing around...probably about 50+ pounds heavier than Mir. All the dude does is takedown - put all the weight he has on him - and pound.

Either way...called all 3 :).

Dont' hate. Mir just got his ASS whooped. Who's overrated and a fake wrestler now haters? In 2 years the HW division will not be a joke with Carwin and Velasquez.

As long as he can cut down to 265 before the fight it is fair game. He does takedown, and it's very risky against a jujitsu fighter like Mir. You could tell during this fight that Lesnar's ground defense has greatly improved. Lesnar demolished Mir and I can't wait until Lesnar gets back in the cage. Loved the trash talk after the fight as well. That was great.

Lesnar is a Beast. What a ***** though afterwards, he was in true WWE heel form. Nice comment about his wife too, I am sure she appreciated it. ::facepalm:: Can anyone say Roid rage?

Seeing how they are randomly tested throughout the year I don't thinks he's on roids. Look at the pics of his WWE days there is definitely a difference. The UFC/Dana loves the heel angle. It's sells millions of PPV.

I agree 100% Who's next? Carwin and Velasquez are nowhere near ready.

Just calling it a joke. Its my opinion. The disparity in weight makes something like Brock did - GnP from half-guard only possible in the heavyweight division. Not hating. Called the fight and defended him all along. Just stating how boring it is to watch him fight.5

LOL. Maybe for people who never wrestled before. The only danger from a takedown is a guillotine choke - only if he's dumb enough to not stay postured is that a danger. And even then so, I'm willing to bet he'd be able to muscle his way out of it.

I'm really not sure but all I know is that Lesnar has a long time to train for his next opponent, and that's scary. I saw a lot of improvement tonight in his ground defense and he will only get better over time. I'd like to see him fight Kongo or either of those two, or even Lashley.

I'm saying it's risky to be in Mir's guard. Mir could apply a guitolline during the takedown, and an armbar, kimura, triangle, arm triangle etc from guard. What he did tonight was very risky as everyone was advising Lesnar to stand with Mir.

What a wonderful ambassador for the sport we have...lol I'm sure the sponsors loved his beer comment. He won, no questions, no excuses. Just increased my dislike for him though. Oh well, the world needs heels.

I'm just glad Hendo won. That was a pretty amazing KO.

I know they test. It was just my attempt and a bad one at that of sarcasm. He was huge when he was in college as well. I just thought he came across as a real a$$ afterward. His Frank Mir horseshoe comment is classic. However, flipping the bird to the crowd and failing to touch gloves at the beginning is pretty sad.

He will mop the floor with Kongo and Lashley. Kongo is coming off an embarrassing loss to velasquez and show no ground game.
